This page combines general notes on specifying 10G switching with two switch models listed on this site. Each listed model is described only by its own listed port configuration: the EX4600-40F-AFO is listed with 40x 10G SFP+ downlink ports and 4x 100G QSFP28 uplink ports, and the CloudEngine S6730-H48Y6C-V2 is listed with 48x 25GE SFP28 and 6x 40GE QSFP28 ports. The S6730-H48Y6C-V2 listing does not state any 10G port or 10G mode. Hui Tong supplies both as original, brand-new equipment. A listed 10GBASE-LR module, the SFP-10G-LR-S, is also shown below.
10G Switching (general background, not a description of the listed models)
